A well-known and respected chef from Lebanon, Chef Dani Sulaiman comes with a vast experience of over 22 years. Brought up in an environment surrounded by cooks, Chef Sulaiman started his journey very early on in life, working out of cafes and smaller restaurants. But it was his hard work and determination to excel that eventually made him a fixture at some of the world’s most famed hotels like the Fairmont, Al Bustan Rotana in Dubai, Sheraton Gold Mohr in Aden, One & Only Royal Mirage in Maldives and eventually at one of the world’s grandest hotels, Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
Having worked and lived across Dubai, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Maldives and Yemen amongst others, Chef has over the years garnered a
reputation for having a keen eye for detail and being driven to increase kitchen productivity.
Furthermore, an expert in food carving and elaborate presentations, Chef Sulaiman is also the recipient of many awards and honours, while consecutively winning the New Arabian Cuisine honour in the year 2006 and 2007.
And apart from working in a traditional kitchen environment and collecting immense experience, Chef Sulaiman was also a proud presenter of a cooking show aired in AdenZuntil recently.
